This floor clock features visible moving gears. The plastic body is faced with a brushed aluminum dial. The clock has a mix of brushed aluminum and silver plastic gears that move continuously along with a small center gear that ticks every second. A plate glass cover with numbers every quarter hour is mounted on the front. The body is mounted on a 50 inch steel tripod. The body is 12 inches in diameter and 2.75 inches deep. Precision timing is kept with quartz crystal. The clock is powered by 2 C + 1 AA batteries (not included) and includes a 1 year limited warranty. Minor assembly is required.
